OUR STORY
Caron and Dave started coming to the Virgin Islands eight years ago on numerous sailing trips around the USVI and the BVI. We fell in love with the Virgin Islands while vacationing here. The colors of the ocean, the breathtaking beaches and the beautiful people who live and visit here, kept us coming back for more. It is our dream to live here and we welcome you to our home.

MEET CARON AND DAVE
Dave and Caron live in the main villa and rent out two guests rooms, housed in a separate building. They live on the property full time and while you are here, you will see them out and about doing errands, gardening, snorkeling, boating, turtle monitoring and enjoying living in St. John.
Caron Forsyth
Owner
Caron is the owner and operator of Rendezvous by the Sea. She is your go to person with any questions or fun facts while you are here. Best way to reach her is thru texting 🙂
David Forsyth
Owner
Dave is an engineer and works at home. He leaves the day to day workings at Rendezvous by the Sea to Caron. He is occasionally called to help Caron when needed.
Boots Forsyth
Adventure Guide
He is our beloved pet Boots. He is getting quite old, but still loves to walk around the property and once in a while chase a little lizard. He is very friendly.
