Cancellation Policy
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. 50% refund if canceled at least 45 days before arrival date. We always suggest that people get travel insurance to cover any kind of illness or event that stops you from being able to travel.

Two guest for each room Not safe or suitable for children (0-16) and pets No smoking, no parties or events. Quiet hours after 10:00 pm Check-in time is 3PM - 7PM and check out by 10AM
Wow! Thank you so much for sharing your villa & hospitality with Matt & I. We had an amazing trip visiting the beaches & snorkeling around . The views here are breathtaking, but it was the island & its people who stole our hearts! We will be back.
